JGM mobilized within one week of being contacted for this fast-track project. This project was performed on a T & M basis in order to meet the project’s schedule. JGM crews and project managers worked closely with the design team to finalize the design and to provide solutions for field modifications due to interference with other structural and mechanical installations. We set up an office onsite and had a project manger dedicated to coordinating RFIs and field sketches. This project consisted of approximately 13,000 man-hours, and was executed with zero safety incidences. The majority of this work was performed during the night shift so we could improve manpower efficiencies, working with and around other trades.
