Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington was planning for expansion of their existing facility when a devastating fire destroyed its dealership. Carroll Contractors was contracted to help design and build a new state-of-the-art facility for the new dealership. JGM was brought on board by Carroll Contractors due to our flexibility in working on design-build projects. We worked with the design team hand-in-hand to detail, fabricate, and erect a new 30,000 sq. ft. dealership. This facility also had to meet the new specifications provided by the corporate offices of Mercedes Benz. Most of the new requirements were part of a nationwide push for Mercedes to rebrand themselves with a more modern image. Part of JGM’s scope was to purchase and install specialty decorative columns to support a canopy structure along the front facade. These columns can be seen on all new dealerships as the new renovations and expansions are completed throughout the country.
Testimonial:
“Recently, we had a devastating fire at our Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington location. JGM was hired to do the steel fabrication and erection for our new facility. The professionalism and knowledge shown by all of JGM’s employees was impressive. Joe Messner’s commitment to the project had a direct effect on our project being completed on time and on budget. I will, without hesitation, hire JGM for any future projects.”
