JGM worked with this client from the conceptual stage through the final punch list as the building became fully occupied with tenants. Often times, medical office buildings require additional support steel necessary for MRIs, CAT scans, file rooms, surgery lights, etc. The use of BIM modeling enabled us to easily and cost effectively add steel after the building was operational. JGM also provided two stair towers, one entrance staircase, and an entrance canopy to this “class-A” medical office center.
