This complex project required 750 tons of structural and galvanized steel to be detailed, engineered, fabricated and installed in 36 weeks. To accomplish this, JGM utilized 3D BIM modeling which enabled us to quickly and accurately coordinate with the mechanical trades working the job. Mechanical and structural coordination between both trades was crucial to the ultimate success of the project and meeting the project schedule. The Bayhealth utility center was completed on time with no injuries.
