When JGM was awarded this project, the tenant’s needs had not been clearly identified relative to the HVAC requirements and room layouts. JGM continued the detailing and fabrication process to maintain the schedule, making design changes on demand as the information was provided. JGM made recommendations to the design team relative to connections and member sizes so that when design changes were needed in the field, they were less costly and were able to be completed in a timely manner. JGM has a unique approach in truly wanting to understand our clients’ problems so that we can make better decision for the overall project.
